Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:-

We will acknowledge receipt of payment by email, and goods will be sent out once payment has cleared. If you have paid by cheque, this may take up to 7 working days.
Postage and Packaging
UK orders
In the UK, all slings will be sent first class recorded delivery. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched, and your sling should arrive within 3-5 days.
Should you wish to choose a different postage option (e.g. special delivery) these are available at an extra cost. Please contact us about this prior to ordering
Orders from other eu countries
Postage to EU countries outside the UK will be £ 5.50. Please select this option in the shopping cart.
Carriers will be sent by International signed-for, which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Due to insurance restrictions, we regret that we are unable to ship outside the EU.
Delivery
We aim to send out in-stock items within 2 days of payment clearing. Custom items may take up to 3 weeks. Daisy Chain Slings Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Post Office.
Returns policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 days from receipt of goods to change your mind and cancel your order. Provided that goods are returned unused, in it's original packaging and in re-saleable condition, a full refund will be offered. Please contact us prior to posting your mei tai.
We are unable to take returns on custom-made carriers, unless they are faulty.
We are unable to refund the return postage costs unless there is a fault with the carrier.
When returning goods, it is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting. This will protect you should your goods be lost en route, and is available from your post office at the time of posting.
Should your carrier have a fault, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund including postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
